We are currently seeking candidates for Machine Operators on all shifts. Compensation for these temp-to-hire opportunities is $23.

What a Machine Operator will do :
- Operate all machinery including dryers / curing equipment, batching / mixing / production systems, and other production equipment of block, bagged goods, or other packaged goods
- Measure and maintain quality and accurate weights of goods on the production line
- Record finished good production on worksheets
- Assemble and maintain molds and other machinery used for production
- Assist in reviews of inventory levels and completion of inventory forms for ordering raw materials or adjusting inventory
- Ensure physical inventories / cycle counts are conducted as required to maintain accuracy of perpetual inventory
- Promote and maintain the professional image and reputation of the company and ensure timely problem resolution and customer satisfaction
What you need to be a Machine Operator :
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English and work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with demanding standards for quality and productivity
- Basic mathematical skills needed to fill out production sheets, create and interpret schedules, and determine plant procedures
- Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and process
